General Entry Rules and Regulations  Entry Form

  1. All entrants should be residents of Herkimer County or of surrounding counties, and be 19 years of age or older to participate.
  2. All entries must be the ORIGINAL WORK BY THE EXHIBITOR and created in the year preceded the fair.
  3. All exhibits accepted Sunday 12-5 & .Monday 12-8 and before 10 am the opening day of the fair.
  4. The Exhibits Committee will afford all possible protection for exhibits, but will not be responsible for damage or loss.
  5. Decisions of the judges will be final.
  6. Exhibits are not to be removed until Monday, the day after the closing of the fair.
  7. No previously entered exhibit allowed.

Class 4: Photography

All photos must be framed and have a secure wire and hardware for hanging or in a book printed on photo paper.      

  1. Collection of four prints framed on a 8x12" or 11" material suitable

  2. Single print, 8" x 10" in a frame

  3. Collection of similar photos in an album

  4. 8" x 10" film enlargement or 8" x 11" digital print (digital photos must be printed on 600 dpi or higher)  

 
Class 5: Artwork                
  1. Painting - oil, acrylic, watercolor     

  2. Illustration: pen and ink, pastel, charcoal     

  3. Miscellaneous

 
Class 6: Others
  1. Baskets

  2. Leather
