GENERAL RULES
- August 9th is the deadline for all entries.
Each group will be capped at 20 contestants.
- Age will be as of August 13th, 2013.
Contestants may be asked for proof of age.
- Mail entries to the Herkimer County Fair at the
address on the entry form. The entry for is in the back of teh
County FairBook obtained at the Failr Administrators Office.
- All Contestants required to report to the
American Homes pavilion at 6 pm.
- Contestants will be judged on appearance, poise
and personality. Interviews will be held on stage.
- Girls may wear a party dress or theme outfit.
- Boys may wear a suit jacket, vest or theme
outfit.
- Winners must remain until after the Queen
Pagent.
- Winners must be willing to participate in the
various parades representing the Herkimer County Fair and can only wear
one crown. The Herkimer County Fair crown must be top priority.
- One parent or guardian must be with the
contestant(s) at all times except while on stage.
- Contestants are responsible for the conduct of
their parents/guardians. There will be no interference with the
judges before, during or after the pageant
- Limited to 20 contestants in each division.
- All score sheets are the property of the
Herkimer County Fair Association, Inc. and will not be given out nor
discussed.
- Checks will be mailed after the Fair and must be
cashed within 30 days.
- Due to various age differences, the
Superintendent may change the division of any contestant.

JUNIOR MISS
Be at least 7 years of age and not to exceed
9 years of age
LITTLE MISTER
Be at least 5 years of age and not to exceed
7 years of age
LITTLE MISS
Be at least 4 years of age and not to exceed
6 years of age
